Consent Detection Mechanism
When a visitor accesses our public website, we perform a one-time geolocation check using a Cloudflare Worker to determine whether they are accessing from within the European Union. This Worker temporarily processes their IP address and browser headers client-side in memory, solely to decide whether to display the cookie consent banner. The process does not store any data, set any cookies, or transmit personal information.
Based on the result, we store the visitor’s consent choice in their browser’s localStorage under the key __consentData
. This value never leaves the user’s device, is not shared with third parties, and is used only to avoid repeatedly asking for cookie consent. Learn more and change your consent at anytime in our Cookie Policy.
